H1B extension got denied twice

Hi, 

Below is the info:- 

• Exp :- 14 years
• Education :- B.tech in Computer Science
• Salary mentioned in docs :- 140K
• Shared client letter , SOW, MSA and all documents as required.
• role :- system architect
• properly mapped to the USCIS job code

I got the RFE with "speciality occupation":- 

• Submitted expert letter
• Better roles and responsibilities in details
• Client letter , SOW 
• Everything was perfect .
•  

even after all this strong documentation my extension got denied again. Even i changed my employer for 2nd petition. 

I have seen people with same setup of documents getting approved.

Is there any hidden flag against my profile in USCIS causing this denial ? Why my extension got denied again? Is there any limitation on the refilling the extension.

 

Please suggest.

There is nothing like a hidden flag. If they have anything against you, they can kick you out in hours. 

Just have your documentation reviewed by another attorney and see if they have any suggestions. Don't submit the same documents again and again and except a different result.
