VenkataSeshaiahUdatha
I had valid H1B with my previous employer and came to India and switched to another company. My previous employer revoked my valid H1B. I spent 3 years in USA and have 3 more years of H1B left. What will be the next process for me if new company want to file H1B. Currently I’m working India and have onsite opportunity in current project. Do they have to file new H1B with same lottery process or they can file H1B with cap exemption?? Thanks in advance for your valuable answers. Quote Link to comment
User099
You don't need to go thought the lottery, they can apply for a cap exempt petition. Quote Link to comment
