Picked H1b in lottery and Transferred to Non Profit org without Stamping. Can i go back to Profit Org without lottery?

Employer-1(Profit Org) : Picked H1B through lottery and worked for 7 months without "H1B Stamping" (2016 Sep to 2017 April)

Employer-2(Non Profit Org): Transferred to Non profit org with Non profit H1b(2017 April to Still working now)

Condition:
1.H1B visa from Employer-1 expired on Sep 2019 .(3 years period)
2.No Stamping with Employer-1
3.Employer 1 Withdrawn my H1B on 2017 Dec as i left the job.
3.Got Stamped with Employer-2 after H1B transfer

What are my options to go work for profit employer again.
Will it be considered Cap- exempt or I need to go through H1B Lottery Again.

Once you have been counted in the quota and worked for the original employer you can switch between  profit- and non-profit employers in both directions without problems.

Since your first h1 was for a profit org, you should have gone through the cap. You are good to transfer to any org.

Does it impact anyway if I don't have H1 stamping with first profit employer?

I heard without H1b Stamping with original profit employer the profit H1 get invalidated since I am with Non profit H1 now and I need to go through lottery again if I want to go back to profit employer. Is this Case true?

You heard wrong. Don't listen to rumors. Visa stamping does not matter at all. The visa is only an entry document.

The H1 petitions are what matters.

I am sure you are confusing your elf with a for-profit university and non-profit university if you did MS which is completely different. You have nothing to worry.
