JoeF
Once you have been counted in the quota and worked for the original employer you can switch between profit- and non-profit employers in both directions without problems. Quote Link to comment
User099
Since your first h1 was for a profit org, you should have gone through the cap. You are good to transfer to any org. Quote Link to comment
nani22
Does it impact anyway if I don't have H1 stamping with first profit employer? I heard without H1b Stamping with original profit employer the profit H1 get invalidated since I am with Non profit H1 now and I need to go through lottery again if I want to go back to profit employer. Is this Case true? Your Help is greatly appreciated. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
You heard wrong. Don't listen to rumors. Visa stamping does not matter at all. The visa is only an entry document. The H1 petitions are what matters. Edited November 25, 2019 by JoeF Quote Link to comment

You have nothing to worry. Quote Link to comment
