Hi All,

I got RFE(Speciality occupation and Employer-Employee) and submitted below docs :

1. Org Chart

2. Offer Letter/Appraisal letter, Pay Slip etc

3. Onsite Job Detail_ Itinerary

4. Educational Job_Duty Alignment

5. MSA

6. Client Letter with Duration

7. SOW(Valid till Nov 19, 2019) signed

and after that shared unsigned SOW for next 1 years(till 19 November 2020) and also shared some past  3-4 years signed SOW(SOW generally signed in December in 2nd week)

So, What is chance here as submitted this unsigned SOW(after 19th November 2019)..so what will happen if RFE need to reply and current SOW is expiring(during last date of RFE response) and next SOW is in process for both party signature

What ever the current administration is implementing is an "interpritaion" of the law and when they are doing this the scale can tilt in any direction.

Logically what you said make sense and you have history to back you up. But will they see it that way will be difficult to say.

Unsigned SOW might not carry much weight. All you can do now is just assume they will be logical and process the petition.

If you can't show work beyond the said date, they can issue one more Rfe ( pray they do it) or issue a denial saying no confirmed work after Nov 19th.
