My employer has filed for my H1B cap exempt extension and it is currently in process. I think my employer has filed it as visa to be issued abroad and not as a change of status. Here are my questions If the H1B gets approved, can i still keep on working on H4EAD or it is invalid at that point? If the answer to first question is no. Do i have to leave the country and get my stamping done in order to start working on H1B? Thanks Mayank Quote Link to comment
