If I return with F1 stamping and later H4 extension gets approved then my status will be H4. What is the best way to avoid this and stay on F1. I have read H4 extension gets abandoned once I travel out of USA, I have also read H4 extension gets approved even if we travel outside USA. So I am confused. If I want to withdraw H4 extension after my F1 visa interview on Dec 16th is successful , then will I be able to complete the process before I travel back to US on Dec 28th ? Quote Link to comment
