Need help to calculate H1B max out date !!!!

Hi,

Please see my duration of stays and advise if my L1 stays will be counted in the current H1 duration

1. L1B stay from June-12-2012 to Aug 23 2013 - 14 months

2. L1B stay from Jan 2014 to Jan 2015 - 12 months

**************Stayed in India from Jan 2015 to Jan 2017 /L1B visa expired in June 2015 / ******************

Period of stay in India from Jan 2015 to Jan 2017 ( almost 2 years)

*********************************

H1B stay from Jan 12 2017 to Nov 13 2019 - almost 3 years

Please let me know if the two years stay in L1B visa will be counted in the current H1B visa for calculating the max out date.
