GMSC Posted November 13, 2019 Report Share Posted November 13, 2019 Hi All I came to USA through company A using L1B in Jan 2016. Company B filed H1B during 2017 and got approved in the year 2018. Today, company B wants to file the Change of Status from L1 to H1. Question1: Is my L1B valid if the Change of Status gets rejected? Question2: Is my H1B which company B applied in 2017 and approved in 2018 valid if the Change of Status gets rejected? thanks SG Quote Link to comment
