H1B got approved on October 31st 2019 and my Sevis automatically got deactivated.Can I apply for a H1B transfer now with the new employer or Can I go back to my OPT Status? Quote Link to comment

Employer asked for revocation on Oct 28 it means H1B under process. H1B got approved on October 31st 2019 . Is that new approved H1B which you left employer? Quote Link to comment
