H1B visa stamped without Petitioner name and petition number

Hi - 

Recently I have completed my H1B stamping in India and received my passport after stamping . I noticed Annotation section is blank with out Petitioner detail and Petition number . Also I received validity for 5 years . This is 3rd stamping . My Petition is valid till 2020.

 

1. Did anyone receive visa with blank Annotation section and 5 years validity .

2. Will there be any issue during my PoE?? 

3. What would be the i94 date they would give ?? Based on my petition validity or by Visa.

There was a case in this forum few months back.

2. No issues.

3. Petition validity. Only advantage is you don't need an interview till another 5 years.

Check if the visa class is H1 or F1.
