My H1 b is picked in the lottery and the status is showing RFE is issued but i have not received what exactly the rfe is, I have my Opt till Sep 2020 can i travel to India and come back on my opt as my rfe is pending. 1. Do i need to respond to rfe before i leave to India or can it be replied while i'm in India. Also, will it be an issue for my re entry? 2. If rfe is responded before i return and the result is not known whether its rejection or approval can i enter USA with my valid opt. 3. If my H1B is approved after i return are there any chances for my COS to be denied? Quote Link to comment
