I have got offers from company B and C and they are ready to do the H1B transfers. My question is, can I have two parallel visa transfer process running at the same time. What if, let's say, the process with company B gets approved before company C, would that effect in any way the processing with company C, or they can run completely independent. I saw multiple forums on this topic, but just want to make sure that nothing has changed even after Apr-17 executive order. Thanks. Quote Link to comment
