sand987 Posted October 22, 2019 Report Share Posted October 22, 2019 Hi,My spouse have applied for h4 extension , but I have not given biometric for my h4 extension and current h4 expires in december.Still the case is pending with USCIS and status is "Case was received" since july 3rd. in nebrsaka.I have someother plans so did not give biometric.My question what status does it will change as i haven't verified my biometric? and what will theUSCIS do? They might revoke your application. And if they revoke after December you will be out of status. Why did you apply if you had other plans. Quote Link to comment
