Naresh K Posted October 19, 2019 Report Share Posted October 19, 2019 I filed I-485 in June end before retrogression and got my EAD and travel card in first week of August . Will my application be processed under EB5 or will start only when priority date is current as per Final Action Date . Also how much time it takes to get approval when priority date is current which is now for me as per Nov Visa bulletin. Quote Link to comment
