Travelling while h4 EAD is applied only ( no change of status scenario or EAD extension scenarios) ?

Will it be fine to travel outside US while h4 EAD is applied? For an applicant who is in h4 status, no change of status or extension is needed therefore, no biometrics would be required.

According to the official website, Yes, you can travel out of US with your H4 EAD in pending status, provided you meet all the H4 visa requirements to re-enter US.  But, traveling outside of US may delay your H4 EAD processing

It should be ok, I dont think they will denie the EAD as you are not in the country.

Last entry date is recorded in i765 Form. Also, how about candidate h4 status if outside US.

If they process at that time when the candidate is not here in US, would that be a problem like EAD cancelled or RFE?

As long as you are in US while applying for H4 and H4EAD they will be processed even if you are not in US.
