H1B transfer appointment in UK but got first h1b in india- not traveled to US on h1b

I am working in india for couple of years and got my h1b stamped in india from an indian company. 

I haven't traveled to US in h1b so far. I am UK citizen and was employed there earlier. Am currently in india and working for indian company. My h1b visa is still valid for another year.

Now i need to transfer my h1b to another company since i am planning to switch company(us based).

Do i need to do my h1b transfer to the other company only from  india since my first h1b approval is in india(drop box), 

or can i do that in UK (flying back to Uk and get the h1b appointment and do it easily )

Which one is valid and easier, and has a high chance of approval?

Both are valid. I dont think just because you are applying in Dropbox your case will be reviewed less compared to a Interviewed case.
