Mohan Singh
I have heard that Canadian citizens with an APPROVED H1B Petition DO NOT need to go to a US Consulate for visa interview and DO NOT need to go through visa stamping procedure (like for example, Indians have to.) Canadians with an approved H1B petition can go with their approved I-797-B and other papers DIRECTLY to any port of entry and can legally enter the US to work for their H1B sponsor. Can anybody with knowledge about this corroborate or deny this? I greatly appreciate any inputs. Quote Link to comment
