H4 denied because of H1 application withdrawn from new company but H4 approved with existing company

Here is my situation

I work for comapny A and company A filed my H1b Extension,H4 and H4EAD all together, In the mean time I got another offer from Company B and company B also filed my H1b Extension,H4 and H4EAD all together. After few weeks comapny A's H1b Extension,H4 and H4EAD all were approved.Later, I decided to stay in company A and asked company B to with draw my H1b petition. Company B sent withdrew the application.

After few months, I received denial notice from USCIS for H4 and H4-EAD applications filed under company B, reason says as primary applicant's H1b is withdrawn hence denied H4 and H4-EAD.

Now my questions are :

1) Can my wife legallay allowed to stay in USA because she already has an approved H4 extension and H4-EAD from my company A.

2) Do I need to notify USCIS about this  or not required ?

3) Shall I consult an attorney ?

Please help me. Thanks in advance.

1. Yes, she can stay legally because she has an approved petition from A.

2. No need.

3. No need.
