DB181
I am in US now on H1B working for an University as a postdoctoral Fellow. I changed from F1 OPT to H1B since 2016 and never went for visa stamp. I also changed the University on H1B once. Now I am planning to visit India and get it stamped. During OPT F1 visa renewal, I got 221g but never denied a visa. My I140 under EB1a got denied and now my NIW is pending since last June. Do you think H1B visa stamping can have any trouble? Should I travel to India based on my circumstances? Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
No magical formula regarding H1B stamping success. Best go to India. Quote Link to comment
