svdfxd
Hi, If I am in the US on an H1B visa and get my I-140 approved & later if I move to Australia and become an Australian citizen, can I get E-3 visa to work in the US? Does an approved I-140 prevent from getting an E-3 visa? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
E3 is not dual Intent. But some have succeeded in getting the visa in spite of an approved I-140. But the chances are low. Why do you think Australia cannot provide you with an appropriate standard of living? Quote Link to comment
svdfxd
Thanks for your answer. To your question, I don't know. I haven't been to Australia so don't know if Australia has similar standard of living as it is in the US. Also since I have worked in the US so I know about the job market/opportunities and esp. I have contacts here. But it would be really a great help if you can provide some information about Australian job market and living standards. I have read in forums/ watched on YouTube but haven't got any feedback from people who have worked both in US & Australia. Quote Link to comment
