Now I am going to relocate to Dallas and My employer is doing Amendment with Level-1 Wage. will this effect my H1-B in anyway? Thank you, Ramsai. JoeF Posted October 4, 2019 Report Share Posted October 4, 2019 Lowering the level is bad. It indicates an entry-level position. And USCIS usually doesn't think that qualifies for H1. Quote Link to comment
