I'm in H1B and already spend 11 years in USA.My I 140 is approved.My I 94 is expired on 7th September 2019.My extension has been filed.

I got lay off today and my last date with my company is 11th October.Will 60 days grace period is applicable to me? If yes,how long can I stay legally?

Can I transfer my H1b if I find employee? I'm in braindead condition and not able to digest the layoff.Please respond.
