Travel out of USA after applying for STEM OPT

Hi guys could you help me this question

 

Presently I am on my Initial OPT. I will apply for STEM OPT in Nov. Can I travel out of USA after applying for STEM OPT that is in December for 4weeks. My Initial OPT is valid until Feb 14th 2020. Will this be a problem when I re-enter USA?
