RFE for STEM OPT

Hi

Please help me in this. 

I have received RFE for STEM OPT Extension. 

PFA. 

 

Reason: In form i-765 I gave the wrong EVerify ID because of typo error my offer letter and also the business name does not match what I have mentioned in I-765

 

Present Situation: I got the correct EVerify and new offer letter as his business name is changed. It was a legal name change. Documents is provided by my employer. He also sent me a screen shot verifying company EVerify ID

 

Questions I have: 

 

1) How should I reply to this RFE? What documents are required? Should I submit all legal name change documents and screen shot print out for Everify? 

 

2) Do I need to update and submit new i-983 in my university as its the legal name change?
