My husband on H4 dependent visa. When my employer file my documents do we need to add my husbands documents with my documents? Or he will be eligible to have the green card once I get it?? sreedhara.ch@gmail.com Posted September 30, 2019 Report Share Posted September 30, 2019 My passport has Given Name as - SXX JXX, Last Name - blankAll my I-797 documents have First Name - No Given Name, Last Name - SXX JXXHowever applied labor for GC with following name, First name - SXX JXX, Last name - LNU.My company attorney tried to get it corrected by raising service requests with USCIS but nothing got changed so far and my company attornies have given up and told me this is no problem and not possible to change now.I want to know will this cause me any problems going forward when i file for I-485/Green Card, extension and DL or any future problem in USA?
