Anil1989 Posted September 23, 2019 Report Share Posted September 23, 2019 I had my H1b valid till September 10, 2019 and my employer filed for extension on August 16, 2019 then got RFE on August 28, 2019 with due date November 23, 2019 to respond to RFE. I asked for copy of RFE but my employer said that he can't provide it to me but he sent few screenshots(compiled and attached to my query) Currently I am working on notice receipt as of today.
