I-140 PREMIUM PROCESSING EB-2 WITH 3+3 EDUCATION(BACHELOR’S DEGREE and MASTER’S DEGREE)

Hi Friends,

My PERM got approved and now i am ready to file my I-140 in premium process.

I have 3+3 education(bachelor’s degree followed by a later master’s degree).

My attorney is suggesting me to file my I-140 case in EB2 in a regular processing unit instead in premium because 3+3 education is not qualify for the EB-2 category. These cases are routinely approved in the regular processing unit. The premium processing unit has a much higher denial cases in the EB-2 category for people with 3+3 or 3+2 education scenarios like mine.

Is that above statement is true ?

Please let me know which way is best (Premium process or Regular process).
