This is not any magical hat or a magical lamp with genie where you will get all answers. This is not a forum where a handful of data scientist sit and do data analysis and come up with all answers for all H1B related issues. Be a real technical LEAD and be a professional. Help others to help you. Give us the details about your question. What RFE you talking about. Don't you need full functional and technical requirements before you start work on your item.
