venki999
Situation Employer A H1B is valid for Jan 2020 and I94 also valid for Jan 2020. Employee is left from the Employer A and joined in Employer B. Hence Employer A is cancelled the H1B is it I 94 also cancelled or still valid... Employer B filed case got rejected by USCIS, now employee can legally stay with the previous employer A I94 or not which is valid for Jan 2020. Question here is Employer A cancelled H1B, is it automatically cancelled the I 94 as well or its only H1B, Can you Pl. confirm on this ASAP Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
You cna stay in USA till 240 days from laid-off amd I94 which ever comes first. Without any H1B approval you cannot work. There is nothing like I94 cancelled. Link to comment
