Hello,

Its been almost 7 months since the Motion to Reopen for my i140 (EB1C) denial was received by USCIS. Do you all have any suggestions on what should I do? My Lawyer is suggesting refiling of my i140 but then I will lose my priority date of June 2018. Any one of you have had any successes in similar cases?
