H1B Amendment on client change

Hi,

I got stampped H1B and my pettition start date is 1st Oct,2011. I got released from current client(project) as NO Onshore openings.

I got other client (project) where openings to Onshore. But new client want to process Amendment. But my employer is not changed.

I have couple of below questions on amendment

1. How many days will take to complete Amendment process

2. If Amendment is not approved, can i travel to my first client with current Visa?

3.Employer is not changed and client is changed, Is LCA sufficient for this changes.
