Daughter's I539 denied as Husband's H1B denied,New I 539 under my approved H1 submitted on the same day

Hi,
I need advice for below situation:
1. My husband's H1B extension has denied and updated on USCIS site on 8/30.
2. My daughter is his dependent, so her I539 also denied and updated on USCIS site on 8/30.
3. My husband's office yet to receive the hard copy of denial.
4. I have approved H1B. My company submitted my daughter's I539, application was received by USCIS on 8/30. No receipt generated yet.
5. Question - Can my daughter stay with me in the basis of I539 files by my office or her i539 (As my dependent) will not be valid?

Yes, she can stay as you have already filed for I-539.
