Petition approval duration will be completed for H1B by next month. How do I use my H1B if I have to switch the employer, also where can I check if my H1B is still active. If I have to move to new company before the validity is complete what steps should I follow before I inform the hiring company on my visa status? Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach Posted August 27, 2019 Report Share Posted August 27, 2019 As per law the employer who submitted and got approval on H1B after sometime must inform USCIS that you do not work for them on H1B and get it revoked.
