Currently , amendment is in RFE and now I got another job offer . Can the new employer file H1 transfer while decision on my amendment is pending OR do I have to wait for decision on amendment before filing H1 transfer . My previous I797 is valid till 2021 and my I-140 is approved . Please let me know my options . Quote Link to comment
