pradeeppgp
Hello Team, I am working in Company A (who didn't file my GC), I found Company B who started my GC as a Future Employer, I got my PERM approved and now I-140 needs to be apply. Is it possible for Company B to apply my I-140 without doing H1B transfer? Do we need to show Company B's pay-stuff before applying I-140? Quote Link to comment

And in this case then do employer B has to show some additional documents or some additional monetary stuff. Quote Link to comment

pontevecchio
It begs the question why you will not join B. B may be asked to show ability to pay your wages from now on. Quote Link to comment
