Future Employer - I-140 apply without H1B transfer

Recommended Posts

Hello Team,

I am working in Company A (who didn't file my GC), I found Company B who started my GC as a Future Employer, I got my PERM approved and now I-140 needs to be apply. Is it possible for Company B to apply my I-140 without doing H1B transfer? Do we need to show Company B's pay-stuff before applying I-140?

Thanks a lot for reply, is this preferable like chances to get approval, company B has 30 employees.
And in this case then do employer B has to show some additional documents or some additional monetary stuff.
