Ash_h
Hello everyone, I am currently working on L1B for company A. I recently got my H1B approved for company B under counselor processing. My question is when should I terminate employment with Company A? : 1. Before getting H1B stamp or 2. After getting H1B stamp For option 1. Before getting the H1B stamp, What are the chances that H1-B stamp is rejected? For option 2. After getting H1B stamp, Is it legal to continue working for Company A (remotely outside of US) after H1-B stamp is given and L1B stamp is canceled? Thanks, Quote Link to comment
GCoder
new h1b is valid after oct 1st. you can go for stamping during last week of september. i believe you can use your existing l1b even after h1b is stamped. Quote Link to comment
