Sahitya Deva
My son’s H4 visa is approved until September 20th 2019 and it was filed on my husbands H1B petition. And I recently did change of status from H4 to H1B and got my H1 approved till April 20th 2020 and my son is in India. I want to bring him later in Nov/Dec to USA by then his previous H4 will be expired. So is it ok to apply new H4 for him on my H1 in Dec and will it be stamped because I have H1 approved but not stamped. Will there be any risks or it can be done? Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
Yes. It can be done. If your H1 has no issues, he will get the H4 visa even if you do not have a H1 visa stamp. Quote Link to comment
lovely
Should be ok as long as you complete all details within your application. Quote Link to comment
Sahitya Deva
can I apply for my son’s H4 visa now without 3 months payslips? When I talked to customer service agent he was saying that the payslips are not mandatory documents to be submitted and also as he is eligible for dropbox and because he will not have visa interview he said it will be ok even if I don’t submit the payslips he says that payslips are needed for who are attending the visa interview. Is this true? Can I go ahead and submit my kid’s visa now itself without the 3 months payslips. Please clarify Quote Link to comment
