GST Posted August 1, 2019 Report Posted August 1, 2019 I have a valid H-1B visa I-140 approved (expires June 2021), I have returned to India as I ended my employment with my previous employer. I have things to wrap up in the US (spent 18 years there) and few meetings, can I apply for a B1/B2 visa while continuing to hold my H-1B visa. Does my H-1B visa get canceled?
