H1 B RFE Speciality occupation.

I got RFE to provide progressive evaluation document. my employer already submitted evaluation document during  my H1 B extension . I got RFE asking document evidance showing progressively responsible work experience in the field related to specialty. 

I am having 12 years of experience in IT (10 years in India) having experience letters-2 years in USA. my Employer thinking to request to trustforete corporation for professor evalution document  but trustforete corporation will ask detailed experience letter like project details, project duration tools/software used and supervisor qualification of each project during working in particular company but Indian employers does not provide such detailed experience letter, they simply mention name of employee, designation, tenure. 
Please advise how to handle this case/can you share acceptable experience letter template so that i will share with my Indian employer for signature.
