Rgvmad792 Posted July 31, 2019 Report Posted July 31, 2019 Hi Team, My H1B petition is picked on April 11 and got approved on July 26th (I checked online). I was wondering if my approval notice is sent to me or to my employer/employer's attorney? Is there a way(online maybe) to know how long I got my approval for other than looking at the approval notice? Since I changed my apartment recently, if I miss my copy of approval notice can I request for another one?

I am sure any common sense employer will send to you after confirming your address or else you can be proactive and give your address to them. Normally attorney gets it then he sends to employer and employer will send to employee. Why do not you just ask your employer?
