H1B Transfer, No salary slips

My  H1B issued - 10/Sept/ 2007 , #H1B Expiry - 31/Aug/2010

#I was in USA on H1B in year 2008 for 70 Days. ( from 11/May/2008 to 21/Jul/2008)

#After that I came to India and I joined other company in 2009 in India.

#Their I applied for B1 Visa, at the same time USA Councillor candled my H1B and stamped “Cancelled without prejudiced” and issue B1 . 
#On B1 I travel USA three times. 

#I don't have pay stubs for 70 days which i spent in USA on H1B, I was on bench in USA.

# I have the I797B with me.

I want to know can I transfer this H1B to other employer in India and use it.

You can not be on bench while on H1b. That H1b is gone.

Your H1B is expired and it clear shows in question. #H1B Expiry - 31/Aug/2010 .

I don't have pay stubs for 70 days which i spent in USA on H1B, I was on bench in USA.  - Not allowed in H1B.

Even on bench you need to get paid.
