still stuck under acceptance since 8th.

Converted to premium in Sep

Receipt date for Premium : 16 Sep (Initial Review)

Status Changed to Acceptance : 19 Sep

Finally got approved till 2014 april.

Didn't recieved mail, and online status still shows acceptance. My attorney confirmed extension was approved. my attroney Received documents as well.

Online status still under acceptance since 8th of september.

Today(Sep 21) i received a mail from Attorney saying that Petition is approved for the requested period and the status on USCIS is not changed from RFE Response Review... Any body got any idea.

.....they might have received the adjudication by now. Seems like USCIS site has not been update since this Monday for cases that were approved.

I am in a similar situation as you. My company has recd the adjudication (still haven't been told what the result is), USCIS site still shows status as 'Acceptance'

Guys, I have Called the USCIS Customer care 1-800-375-5283, and the Automated system has the latest information, it has said that my petition is approved and The Online system still showing that "RFE Response under Review".

Call USCIS now..

when extension or new h1b are filed, once approved every one will get both 1797C and 179A too.. don't panic. Usually first they issue I79C, then I797A follows.

On September 27, 2011, this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was approved and we sent you an e-mail notice. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

Hi, I have applied for my H1 transfer and extension through premium process on Sept 16 at vermont,Not yet received the Receipt number,only i have Fedex number and Approved LCA,Because of new employer pressure I gave notice to my current employer.Please some one suggest me what to do now?my current H1 is still Jan2014. Got my license renewed today! These are my dates:

RFE Replied (Fax): 8/10/2011 (USCIS did not received it properly)

RFE: Prove employer-employee relationship

RFE response resent (Mail): 9/15/2011

RFE receipt ack. : 9/19/2011

Approval: 9/23/2011

Approval for next 3 years based on I140.

Any idea after these 3 years are passed what will be my options? will I be able to to apply again for 3 years extension based on same I140?

Since its is pp you will get it soon. VSC is now v.v.v.v.v.very slow.
