I'm working with Employer A, another Employer B sponsored me an H1B and My H1B petition was selected in the lottery with Employer B and is still in "Case was Received" status. Here I'm official with Employer A and was mentioned in my selected petition too. Here my project with Employer A is coming to an end, so WHat are the chances if I, 1. Move to Employer B and to their payroll for a different project other than the project mentioned in the petition? 2. Is it good to stay with my current employer and move to Employer B after H1b Approval? Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach Posted July 19, 2019 Report Share Posted July 19, 2019 So Employer A did not apply your H1B. Since you need to work with an employer who atleast do your H1B. Since A is not doing you cannot stick to them for ever unless they submit and get it approved. You can wait emp B outcome and move depending on your approval Quote Link to comment
