H1 transfer when existing H1 in RFE

Hi

My current H1 with employer A is  having validity till Sep 11 2019. We have applied premium processing for amendment and extension  together in the last week of Jun 2019.  Last week we got RFE  and they have given 2 months time to respond. Asked for documentation related to  specialty occupation and Employer-employee relationship. Actually I have two layers between my employer and end client.

I have following questions. Please give me suggestions on this

1) What is the possibility of getting RFE approved by providing all the required documentation ?

2) I  got  a job offer from another employer B. When H1 with employer A is RFE status, can we apply for H1 transfer  with employer B?

    Since H1 with employer A is in RFE status, does it impacts new H1 petition with employer B.
