Urgent Help- H4 stamping with Future H1 start date

I have a question can you help ?
from company "A" i had my H1 approval from 2016- Sept 2019. In Dec 2016 i got married and my wife went for stamping when she got her H4 stamping until Sept 2019.
In July 2018, i transferred from company "A" to company "B" and applied for H1 transfer. My H1 transfer was approved , which i received until Nov2019 . 
I haven't filed any H4 extension for my wife when i transferred to Company "B" because my H1 approval was until Nov2019 and she already had H4 Visa until Sept 2019.
Now I applied my H1 extension from Company "B" and it got approved until March 2021. This H1 starts from Dec2019.
My question is Can i send my wife for stamping  based on the latest H1 approval which starts from Dec 2019 or  should i only send her on my current I797 petition which expires in Nov 2019.

Send with H-1 which starts in Dec 2019. That should be good.
