I'm on premium processing and after RFE received was given, I got this message recently on the online tracking : Notice Explaining USCIS' Actions Was Mailed On XXXXXXX, 2019, we began reviewing your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number xxxxxxxxxx. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive your notice by XXXXXXXX, 2019, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283 I was for a large IT firm in the US and its one of the fortune 100 companies. Its legal team is one of the top in the US. My role is also a very senior management role heading a large portfolio in a global level. Then why did i get this from USCIS? Kindly help me to understand.
JoeF Posted July 15, 2019 Report Posted July 15, 2019 Ask the legal team. If they are top of the line they should be able to answer your question better than some random person in a forum. That actually is common sense, which somebody in senior management should know...
