H-1B approved but kids H4 not yet

My H1B extension is approved in premium but H4 extension for my son (6 years old)  is pending.

We got I-797c for his biometrics, which we haven't done yet.

Meantime we are planning to travel to India and do a dropbox visa stamping for me and my son.

1. Can we get H4 stamping for my son based on the primary H1b application?

2. Will there be any issue because of pending H4?

3. Will he be called for biometrics there?
