H1B RFE on Client Letter, SOW (Vermont EAC****)

Hello,

 I've received H1B RFE on my H1B transfer case, asking for Client letter/SOW. I'm on EVVC, and my client is not ready to provide Client letter or any other documents like SOW. So my Attorney replied to my H1B transfer RFE with the following:

1. Email confirmation from Infosys (Implementation partner)

2. Pontoon contract document ( contract between Infosys and secondary vendor)

3. My Id card, photos at desk and office

4. My work conversation emails and some of my project documents with my name

5. My team hierarchy (which shows my name)

  Could someone please comment if the above documents suffice for H1B Approval?
