Parshuram Reddy Posted June 21, 2019 Report Posted June 21, 2019 Hello, My spouse was on H4 and she converted to F1 last year. She has one more semester remaining to complete the course. Her H4 visa has expired and so if she steps out of the country she needs to get it stamped for an F1 visa. Can you please suggest if its a good time to go and get it stamped, as it is riskier to get it stamped when she is on OPT. Also, Please suggest what is the best way to tackle potential immigrant intent and also how to answer question H4 to F1?.
pontevecchio Posted June 21, 2019 Report Posted June 21, 2019 What is the pedigree of the college? She can certainly apply for an F1 visa and if rejected return on an H4 visa which should be easier to obtain.
