h4 to h1b transfer in progress ---india trip

My wife on h4 we applied h1b on may 5 2011 and we recevide approved h1b on june 16 2011.

In between this h4 to h1 process she went to india and came back(India trip dates may 10 2011 to june 08 2011)

we applied in 2011 quota so her h1b will start from oct 2011.

is there any problem with her h1b status? or any stamping required? or we overwritten again h1 to h4?

please anyone help me
